New! Master Study Program "Health and Society"
International Gender Studies Berlin
The postgraduate Master Study Program "Health and Society: International Gender Studies Berlin" starts every October at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (Germany). The study program has been designed for women and men from all over the world having already some work experience in health-related professions. The concept of the program is multidisciplinary, inter-cultural and gender-sensitive. The program will enable the students to become experts in health and gender related issues, and intends to promote participants into leadership positions. The full program focuses on the following topics: global health, living conditions of women and men in differing societies, diseases and health risks, reproductive health, health care systems and services. Further more, a key qualification module will be offered for the training of soft skills, and a practical internship will also be part of the study program. The language of instruction will be English.
